Legal Terms
Terms & Conditions for Tamaam POS
These Terms & Conditions set out the basis on which Tamaam POS is provided, how subscriptions and access are managed, the responsibilities of each party, and the principal legal terms that apply to use of the service.
Effective date: May 1, 2026
The short version
You keep ownership of your business data. We use it to run and support the service.
Billing
Plans may be monthly or yearly. If billing is not settled, access may be paused until it is resolved.
Your responsibility
Keep login details secure, use the service lawfully, and make sure the information entered is accurate.
1. Scope and agreement
By signing up for, accessing, or using Tamaam POS, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the service on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind that business to this agreement.
These Terms apply to the software, related services, updates, and support interactions provided under the Tamaam POS brand.
2. Accounts and access
You are responsible for keeping your account information complete and up to date. You must also protect usernames, passwords, devices, and any other credentials used to access the platform.
- Use accurate business and contact information.
- Limit access to authorized team members only.
- Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access or misuse.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Tamaam POS is offered on a subscription basis. Your plan may be monthly or yearly depending on the package you choose. Pricing, included features, and billing cycles are shown at the time of sign-up or renewal.
- Fees are payable in advance for the selected billing period unless we agree otherwise in writing.
- If a payment fails or remains overdue, we may limit or suspend access until the balance is cleared.
- Unless stated otherwise, subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing period has started.
We may update pricing from time to time with reasonable notice before the new pricing takes effect.
4. Your business data
Your business remains the owner of the information you enter into Tamaam POS, including customer records, invoices, stock data, and reporting history. We use that information only to operate, maintain, secure, and support the service.
You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and quality of the data entered by your team. We also recommend that you maintain your own backups or export copies of important records where appropriate for your internal controls.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service. That includes, for example:
- Using the platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading activity.
- Trying to disrupt, reverse engineer, or interfere with the service or its infrastructure.
- Uploading content or data that you do not have the right to use.
6. Availability, updates, and support
We work to keep Tamaam POS reliable, secure, and up to date. Even so, no online service can promise uninterrupted availability at all times. Maintenance windows, connectivity issues, third-party outages, or urgent fixes may occasionally affect access.
We may add, improve, remove, or modify features when needed to maintain performance, security, compliance, or product direction.
7. Intellectual property
Tamaam POS, its software, design system, documentation, and branding remain the property of Golden Synapse Technologies or its licensors. These Terms give you the right to use the service under your subscription, not ownership of the platform itself.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if there is serious misuse, a legal requirement, a security concern, or unresolved non-payment. You may stop using the service at any time, subject to any active subscription term.
9. Warranties and liability
Tamaam POS is provided on an as-available basis. While we work hard to keep the service dependable, we cannot guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every business scenario.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Golden Synapse Technologies is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits, lost business opportunities, or loss of data arising from use of the service.
10. Changes, governing law, and contact
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated version with a revised effective date. Continued use of Tamaam POS after the updated Terms are published means the revised Terms apply from that point onward.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. If you have a question about these Terms, contact us at info@tamaampos.com.
